Judicial Philosophy (Max 250 words)

In this crucial race, voters have the opportunity to shape history by electing me to the 14th Court of Appeals, Place 3.  As “The People’s Jurist,” my focus is on fairness, equity, integrity and judicial courage. I aim to the prevent the erosion of our legal system and uphold the respect for the judiciary. Every litigant deserves fairness, impartiality and equality without intimidation or financial burden. I advocate for correct and consistent application of the law, irrespective of politics and litigant status. I will Defend the United States and the Texas Constitutions, while Protecting your Civil and Constitutional Rights!

Let’s aspire to enhance diversity on this Appellate Court, by adding a unique perspective. Aim to shape history and promote a judiciary that represents the diverse fabric of all communities served by the 14th District.
