AUSTIN, TX – 93rd District Court Judge, Rodolfo “Rudy” Delgado, announced his retirement and resignation of the bench earlier this week so he could devote his time and energy to assist his defense team. The Democrat judge was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of federal bribery and three counts of violating the federal Travel Act.
