From 2002 until 2005 I was in private practice with an emphasis on criminal defense. I have been an assistant criminal district attorney with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office since 2005, where I am still employed as a child abuse prosecutor. I have handled thousands of cases, tried approximately 100 jury trials, and secured thousands of years in prison sentences. I have handled every type of case from traffic tickets to death penalty capital murder. I teach trial advocacy to other prosecutors and have taught continuing legal education on sex crimes. | |
