JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
Since 2009, I have presided over the 393rd District Court with a consistent and conservative judicial philosophy based on respect for the rule of law. Every case is decided on its merits, not based on a person’s economic status, racial or ethnic background or religion. Many times, a District Court is the only interaction the public will have with our justice system. A citizen must be assured that they will be heard in a fair, impartial and consistent manner which will hopefully affect them in a positive way.
